Senior Chinese telecom carrier delegation successfully concludes U.S. visit

The Senior Chinese Telecom Carrier Delegation, organized by USITO, has successfully concluded its visit to U.S. The delegation launched extensive dialogues with USITO member company executives, and USITO hosted two roundtables in Chicago and Stanford respectively featuring Delegation. The delegation was sponsored by USITO members companies AT&T, Blackberry, Sybase, Tekelec, Verizon, Anda and Motorola.

USITO Alert: Commerce Department Announces Updated Export Controls for China |
On June 15, the U.S. Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) announced its new export control policy for China, which touches upon areas including aircraft and aircraft engines, underwater cameras and propulsion systems, avionics and inertial navigation systems, certain composite materials, lasers, depleted uranium, and some telecommunications equipment for space communications or air defense. |
